About Us
About Food & Care Coalition
Utah County's most comprehensive resource center—bringing together meals, housing, and whole-person care since 1988.
Who We Are
One building. Every service a person in crisis needs.
Food & Care Coalition is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit in Provo, Utah, founded in 1988 when local religious leaders, public officials, and concerned citizens came together to address the lack of homeless services in Utah County. What started as a small soup kitchen has grown into the county's most comprehensive resource center.
Today, our 36,000-square-foot facility provides a single point of access to meals, housing, medical and dental care, mental health counseling, and employment and educational resources. We refer to those we serve as "patrons," reflecting our belief that every person who walks through our doors deserves dignity and respect.
