Jim’s Family Restaurant

Brent Beckstead Jim’s Family Restaurant does more than serve food to their paying customers. Years ago, the owner of Jim’s Family Restaurant decided to donate their excess homemade soup, rather than discarding it. Brent Beckstead, current owner, has carried on this tradition for the four years he’s been in charge. Two times each week, volunteers and staff members from Food & Care pick up a variety of delicious soups from the restaurant to serve to their patrons. Brent says he’s glad his restaurant’s soups can benefit those who really need it.
