A four year veteran of the Food & Care Coalition volunteer workforce, Minda is a well known figure during Tuesday lunch service.
She loves Glen Campbell, angel food cake, and the color pink. The one person she would most like to emulate is Gloria Romero, the
Filipino actress. When she's not serving others at the Coalition she loves to be with her children and grandchildren.
