"There is no higher religion than human service. To work for the common good is the highest creed."

Groundbreaking

Monte began volunteering a few years ago by bringing
casseroles to Food & Care Coalition from his L.D.S. ward. Since
that time, Monte has continued to serve by regularly picking up
donations from local restaurants and food establishments.
Monte is a retired electronic technician from San Diego. He and his
wife have lived in Provo for 20 years, after coming to Provo to serve an L.D.S. mission. Monte likes to
help people and says that it is nice to have something worthwhile to
do. He appreciates the cause of Food & Care Coalition and likes
to facilitate giving channels of area businesses, particularly food
items needed to supply the coalition's hot meal program. We appreciate Monte's kind nature
and generous spirit. Thanks, Monte!
