"There is no higher religion than human service. To work for the common good is the highest creed."

Groundbreaking

Blaine Baum is retired from U.S. Steel and U.V.S.C. He helps Food
& Care Coalition in many ways. He picks up delicious food from a bakery in Spanish Fork and delivers it to the Coalition
which benefits our meal program five days a week. Blaine also comes each month on a Sunday
with volunteers from the Seventh-Day Adventist Church to help prepare
and serve hot meals. Blaine says he enjoys helping people in need. He considers it a
privilege, not a job, to help those less fortunate and enjoys
the friendly atmosphere that the Coalition provides. Blaine's
dedication helps support the quality of food and feeling of sociability
we provide for everyone who comes to Food & Care Coalition. We
all enjoy seeing Blaine when he comes in and appreciate his many
efforts in assisting those in need.
In Memoriam: "We miss Blaine's ready smile and appreciate all of the service he did over many years for Food & Care Coalition. His presence and work will not be forgotten."
