"There is no higher religion than human service. To work for the common good is the highest creed."

Groundbreaking

Larry Rowland has been volunteering at the Food & Care Coalition for the past year. He is one of our faithful
Monday morning volunteers who loves to don an apron and spatula. Larry first heard about volunteering when he
brought in some donations and inquired if there was more that could be done. Larry says that his volunteer service
is motivated from a desire to see people being helped.
He has made many new friends through his service experience including staff, fellow volunteers and our patrons.
Larry is a communications technician and is semi-retired.
Larry and his wife have lived in Provo for 27 years. They have a grown daughter who is married.
Thanks Larry, we always knew you would look fabulous in an apron!
