Val Lindsay

Val Lindsay Val has been one of the Food & Care Coalition's faithful volunteers for many years. When told of The Coalition's need of volunteers to pick up donated food items in the community, Val jumped at the chance. Val is a retired music instructor from Brigham Young University, having also taught in Davis, Alpine & Provo School Districts during his career. Val believes that volunteering is an important civic responsibility and has cherished his opportunities to serve at the Food & Care Coalition. Val's efforts have directly contributed to the quality of meals that the less fortunate in our community receive on a daily basis. Thank you Val for your many years of dedicated community service.
