Family Fun Day 2013

Our annual Family Fun Day event will be held on Thursday, June 13th, 2013 from 1:00 PM to 4:30 PM. 

It will be here at the Food and Care Coalition at 299 E 900 S Provo, Utah.  This is an event that the staff and volunteers hold for our patrons and their families.  Clients who receive services here look forward to this event all year.  It gives staff, volunteers, and clients a chance to interact in a more casual setting and enjoy an afternoon outdoors together. 

At this event, we'll be having a barbecue, music, games, sports, face painting, and other activities geared towards families.  We will also be giving away a variety of prizes, including adult and child bicycles.

Share a Smile Triathlon 2013

The Share A Smile Foundation will be hosting their 11th Annual Triathlon on Saturday, August 24th, 2013. Proceeds from the event will go to purchasing dental supplies used to treat homeless and at risk populations in the Share & Care Dental Clinic - a joint venture initiative by the Share A Smile Foundation & Food & Care Coalition.

The Triathlon will feature a 5K run, 1/4 mile swim, and 10 mile bike race for the full race and offer a novice division that will be 1/2 the distance of the intermediate division. The event also features a mini-triathlon for children 10 and under.

Interested sponsors or participants are encouraged to check out the event information located at www.shareasmile.net.  Registration for the triathlon will open on May 1st, 2013.
